The role:

Sales Engineer

Main responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Identify and onboard new customers to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and industry trends.
  • Generate high-quality leads through various sources (e.g., networking, prospecting).
  • Convert leads into paying customers at a high rate.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize sales efforts across designated territories.
  • Accurately report sales performance and pipeline progress.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, customer success) to drive sales success.
